Return Policy:

• Returns are accepted at any point if our customers are not 100% satisfied with their purchase. 

• GPI Industries stands behind their products 100% of the time.  If for any reason a product breaks and something goes wrong, please do not hesitate to contact us first prior to making a return.  In most cases, a replacemet part can be sent out to the customer to repair the situation.

• If you feel you need to make a product return to us, please contact us prior to shipping the items.  All returns need to be verified for authenticity first.

• Return shipping and handling charges are to be paid for by the customer unless otherwise stated.
