Shipping and Returns:

• Most items are shipped within 24-48 hours of cleared payment.

• Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email address provided to us during your checkout process.  Please check your junk or spam folders just in-case we get filtered by your email server.

• Due to the size and weight of many of the product we sell, FedEx or USPS ground services are the only shipping options available.

• Returns:  Before sending any products back to us, please contact us at info@gpiindustries.com first to obtain authorization.  In most cases, merchandise returns are granted under our hassle free guarantee.  In extreme circumstances however, we may not authorize a return.  Again, please contact us first.
